Shipping policy

The process to create a personalized 3D crystal will take between 1-3 business days and between 1-3 business days for a personalized print. We try very hard to make sure your product is ready to be picked up on the day you are told, however, sometimes things happen that are outside of our reasonable control, as we use third parties for shipping and delivery. If your product is delayed, you will not be entitled to cancel your order or receive a refund. We assume no responsibilities for such delays.
